Are there any contracts to be signed?

No! There is no contract to be signed. As long as we are both satisfied, the collaboration
can continue.

How much does it cost?

You pay our service when you actually meet the clients in person.

Is the service really exclusive?

Yes! Our service is exclusive to each area/city/province depending on the size of the area in question and on your ability to ensure adequate territorial and hourly coverage.

If I want to stop the collaboration, do I have to pay a penalty?

No! You do not have to send any registered mail or cancellation. Just pay the amount due. We do request that you kindly give us 15 days notice via email when cancelling. There are no penalties or frustrating clauses.

Do I have any obligations with regard to tariffs, intervention modalities, and timing or other aspects of intervention?

No! You are free to manage the call and its aspects as you see fit. This is always under your professional control. Obviously, we will need to take into account market prices in order to remain competitive in the territory and any other operational, legislative, and regulatory constraints.

If the clients don't show up at the appointment, do I have to pay?

No, you don’t have to pay anything. You only pay if you meet the clients.

How do I know that calls are coming from Clientment?

Before being put on the line with a customer, you will hear a recorded message informing you where the call came from.

Are you sure that the Clientment System can work in my area?

We offer a trial period between 10-20 days, at the end of which we will both evaluate whether we wish to continue.
If we are not able to ensure a useful volume of contacts for either of us, we will make you aware of this. We don’t want to waste your time!​
